Coaching for Effective Leadership Development

Managers can inspire deeper levels of commitment in employees by improving their practical coaching skills and abilities. To be more effective and to produce remarkable results, they must effectively coordinate their actions with others and continuously build their capacity.

This course provides a thorough grounding in the essentials of coaching and an opportunity to immerse in its practice.
