Charles Minken
Charles has taught and developed curriculum for international business programs as well as other diploma and degree programs. He teaches a variety of Business courses including Global Marketing, the Global Environment and Business strategy.
Charles worked for over 25 years in Canada and Internationally with GE, Acme Cleveland Corporation, Cleveland Europe and Kennametal-Hertel UK, in a General Management capacity.
Gary Hilbert
Gary Hilbert holds a Masters Degree in International Marketing and Management (MBA) and an Evidence Based Coaching Certificate (EBC), and has facilitated for such divergent organizations as Freybe Gourmet Foods, Allied Shipbuilders and Rempel Bros. Concrete Inc. He is a highly competent facilitator of Leadership Programs and hands-on practitioner of Management, Sales, Customer Service, and Quality Improvement Initiatives.
Gary brings his wealth of experience based on 30 years in management and business ownership to all levels of sales, manufacturing and administration. His pragmatic approach and his ability to identify with our participants’ needs, helps them discover a true team approach to problem solving. Gary has also written extensively, his articles have appeared in such publications as BC Business, The Quality Quarterly, Timber Processing and Mill Product News as past President of the Quality Council of BC. Gary specializes in helping participants improve their most valuable resource, their people.
Jan Brzáč
Jan Brzáč heads our team for new developments especially for career counselling solutions. Jan is based in Germany and has extensive industrial management experience working with various organizations in eastern Europe.
As a Management professional, his expertise includes recruiting, talent management, training and development. Coaching individuals who seek assistance in finding an authentic and meaningful career and life has been Jan’s focus.
